Interventions with Women
Women’s Development and Livelihood
We are dedicated to empowering women by fostering community-based organisations, particularly self-help groups (SHGs), to encourage self-reliance and resilience. At present, we support over 100 functional SHGs, helping women achieve both economic and social independence. These groups create opportunities for women to enhance their financial stability while building a supportive network that uplifts their collective confidence and capabilities.
In addition to strengthening SHGs, we offer vocational skills training tailored to equip both youth and adults with the tools they need for better job opportunities. By working closely with beneficiaries, we also facilitate access to vital government schemes such as the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA), Public Distribution System (PDS), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), Mid-Day Meal (MDM), and National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). Our efforts aim to ensure that every individual, especially women, can step towards a brighter future with confidence and self-reliance.
